First, by using a shampoo that volumizes, you wash your hair. let the conditioner sink in for a couple minutes. Untangle your hair impeccably well -- and, in doing so, instead of using a brush use a comb with wide tiith. The smaller ones you get rid of with a fine-tooth one.

Let your hair be dried, by using a blow drier, then "look between your knees" and let your hair dry that way. Dry your whole hair this way.

Use the wider teethed comb, again -- now to back comb the hair of yours. After using that type of comb, use the finer tooth comb -- this, to not only comb back but make the hair go UP. Do this section after section to make the whole hair the way it needs to be at this stage.

Do what previous paragraph said over and over until your hair is high enough -- and then use some hairproduct, like a spray, to make the hair stay that way.

You can just spray a lot of hair spray in it and go wild. Or use mousse. You can probably do some combinations of hair products that creates something really hard/something very able to modify your hair height with.
